See learning differently.
Every mind refracts its own light.
I’m Alexandra, founder of Kaleidoscope Learning Co. I take complex, technical, or tangled ideas and turn them, gently, until the pattern appears. From the first conversation to the final deployment, every project is held with structure, imagination, and care.
From first idea to deployed experience: the whole journey, in one pair of hands (for now).
However a project arrives (a vague brief, a room full of expertise, a deadline printed in bold) I can carry it the whole way. And I’ll enjoy every turn.
Project Leadership & Delivery
Timelines, budgets, risks, and review cycles, held with clarity and calm, so your team can do its best work, and actually enjoy doing it.
Strategy & Curriculum Design
Outcomes-led pathways that move learners from where they are to where they need to be, with a little wonder along the way.
Content Extraction & SME Workshops
Facilitated sessions that draw out what your experts know and shape it into something learners can actually hold.
Storyboarding & Learning Design
Scenes, screens, scripts, and interactions, designed with flow, tone, and a clear sense of purpose.
Multimedia & Authoring
Video, animation, audio, and interactivity, brought together into polished digital learning.
LMS Deployment & Analytics
SCORM and xAPI packages, tested and trackable, plus the learner data to keep making it better.
Good learning design is an act of care.
Every project is its own pattern, but a few principles turn up in all of them. They shape how I lead teams, listen to clients, and design for the people who will actually do the learning.

Acceptance
Projects change, wobble, and surprise. I accept what’s outside my control and take full responsibility for what’s within it — meeting every twist with grace, and a plan B.
Awareness
I stay attuned to learners, clients, and the team — and to scope, energy, and risk — so nothing important slips through the pattern.
Helping others
I help clients say what they know, learners take hold of it with confidence, and teams work together with a little more ease.
Curiosity & rigour
I bring genuine delight to making sense of complex ideas — solving problems and designing journeys with depth and imagination.
Purposeful progress
Structure, planning, and focused action — the quiet machinery that turns good ideas into real, finished things.
Clarity, care, and a turn of colour. In that order, every time.
“To stand between knowledge and understanding, between strategy and creativity, between people and possibility.”The work, in a single sentence

Hello, I’m Alexandra.
I founded Kaleidoscope Learning Co. for the sake of one small, bright moment: the click, when an idea finally comes into focus for someone. I’ve been chasing that click since 2018, through instructional design, content strategy, and marketing, and I built this studio to give it a home.
I work at the intersection of organisation and creativity, intellect and service, strategy and care. Learning design, to me, is the craft of taking complex, technical, or unstructured ideas and turning them until they catch the light, shaped into experiences that create genuine understanding.
As founder, I lead every project personally: managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders while keeping the learner at the centre of each decision.
At heart, this is the work I want to do: help people access ideas that can change how they think, work, and live.
